30-Day Return Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.
Return Process

5. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Exceptions:
Customized, pre-ordered, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Items purchased during clearance or sale events are final sale and cannot be returned.

We suggest placing your pre-order or custom order at least 6 weeks ahead of time. Our typical processing time spans from 6 to 8 weeks. Simply provide us with your event date, and we'll ensure you receive your garment well before that occasion.
I changed my mind can I exchange what I purchased?
If the item you bought is not a custom order, pre-order, or on sale, you can effortlessly exchange it. For local orders, just mail or return your purchase to our studio space, and we'll facilitate the exchange for you.
Can my child try on the dress or suit?
