Within Canada & US: You may initiate returns within 20 days of your purchase.

Local Purchases: For local purchases, you have a window of 10 days to request a return.

International Orders: All other International customers are granted a 30-day return period.

 

Refund Process:

Upon receipt of your returned item, our team will promptly commence the refund process. We kindly request that you contact us to obtain your return shipping label for added convenience. It is important to note that the refund will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit, with no expiry date.

 

Product Condition Requirements:

We take utmost care to ensure the quality of each Linda Bellino product before shipping. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  •  Clothing hang tag must remain attached
  • The item must be in its original, pristine condition.
  • Items must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
  • The item should be free of any odors

 

Please be aware that items not conforming to the above criteria will not qualify for store credit, and we will return the item to you accordingly.

 

Final Sale Items

Kindly note that any items marked as "on sale," "custom made," or "pre-order" are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

  3. Upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond with a return shipping label.
  4. Afterward, please securely package the item you wish to return and arrange for its shipment to our designated postal service provider.
  5. Email us a copy of the waybill as confirmation.

We suggest placing your pre-order or custom order at least 6 weeks ahead of time. Our typical processing time spans from 6 to 8 weeks. Simply provide us with your event date, and we'll ensure you receive your garment well before that occasion.

I changed my mind can I exchange what I purchased?

If the item you bought is not a custom order, pre-order, or on sale, you can effortlessly exchange it. For local orders, just mail or return your purchase to our studio space, and we'll facilitate the exchange for you.

Can my child try on the dress or suit?
